Group Therapy
A journey from 'me' to 'us'

Therapy Session
Group Discussion

''Within the lived experience of our body we can feel and express directly, creating a powerful and direct locating of ourselves in the present moment. This is bodyfulness.'' Caldwell, Christine.

Mind-body unity should not be experienced only intellectually, it is also necessary to process it physically. Knowledge can occur through bodily realization, and this realization is possible only after engaging in body practices.

A good relationship does not mean a seamless, undisputed, perfect relationship. However, the important thing is to manage these problems and discussions. Group therapy is  a relationship-focused form of therapy  Dilemmas in the relationship and behaviors that are problems for the relationship are studied with the aim of facilitating a healthy transition from the concept of 'me' to the concept of 'us'. The sessions focus on changes that will occur in the whole system in order to solve troubling and challenging situations.
